I fell off the wagon after IMAZ 2015 starting a new job the day after the race, it's been crazy but I am now ready to try balancing between work and training.
I finally signed up for my 2016 races, IMSG May 7th and IMLP July 24th. Because I'm so behind, my 1/2 plan has me ending May 8th ( which says 10 weeks remaining, which is off 2 weeks if I'm understanding correctly. It appears we always load our plans to end on race week, the question is do I stick to the current week even though I am behind 2...or fast forward?
Also, I am sure there is a link or webcast regarding understanding the new 2016 plans, If you can kindly guide me where to read up on understanding the changes. I notice the "understanding your plan this week" resource links are gone. When I use the search it come up 2016 out season.

As for the plan, yes load it to race weekend, which really is just 9 weeks to race day..and then we do this:
First Week:
1) get into the plan rhythm, just S/B/R as close the plan as possible.
2) make sure you long ride is as long as listed, even if easier.
Second Week:
1) Long run is as close to target (probably still split long run)
2) Long ride in, plus full time (if not effort) of ABP ride..
Then you should be pretty close to your plan...thoughts?
