LGilchrist Schedule Mapping

Per email, meeding to bridge gap b/t current training regime and EN workouts. Specifically, these are the days I have for the listed activities:

Mondays: swim (masters group); run (brick or separately); Tuesdays: strength training, bike (computrainer rides currently until mid May); yoga or stretch; Wednesdays: swim (technique lesson); run (brick or separately); Thursdays: strength training, bike, run (brick or separately); Fridays: swim (masters group); run (NOT brick); yoga or stretch; Saturdays: bike (long course), run (brick), swim (beginning June 1); Sundays: prefer run and/or yoga. May flip with Saturday's schedule.

  • Laura, got it!!! Here's what I am thinking...the layout is pretty easy, biggest tweak is making the Thursday ABP ride since you are riding just one day on the weekends. The ride would be 60' to 90' with the first 15' being warm up..then lock it in at 80 to 85% and put the hurt on.  image
