2016 Jan OS Week 11 !! Core/Body Comp Check in

Whoop Whoop!!!  Going into week 11....focus on the goals for the week and check them off.

  • Whoop whoop  Ann, the forgotton forum, boy do they have it all wrong. From those who are broken to those who become broken in the OS this is the place to voice concerns, educate, evolve, and become a better/stronger biker/runner. Here we are just finishing off week 11. I have now gone from 164 to 157(-7),so losing just over a half pound a week. Effects/adjustments on the body have been positive. Biking has been strong but where I really notice it has been my running. My form and the effects of the daily pounding I have been able to stay strong and recover quicker. I do follow the EN core program but add a lot to my own personal deficits to keep me moving forward. Week 12 is coming 2 weeks left to go and the next phase begins !
