Joe Hallatschek - SC Week #16

RnP - I am going into the SC Week #16. Last week, I travelled and skipped the during week bike workouts, but did a "Run Focus" and then did the outdoor option on the bike on Saturday to get some more miles in.  I am currently not injured and my times have been steadily improving, so all is well.

I have signed up for a 40K TT this next Sunday that our local Triathlon team puts on. I have done these in the past and not only are they good FTP tests, they improve my biking in a low cost ($10) and "supervised" manner that is really hard to beat. This is also part of my plan to start "ramping up" for the Blue Ridge Parkway Camp.

Questions: on Saturday, should I just use this as a rest day? On Sunday, should I try and get in a run after for say 20' @ Z2 like the normal run after the scheduled Saturday brick?
