Dbarr macro question
I've been sick/traveling for the last 4 weeks and missed all training. Thinking it might be good to start the OS over and end it right as the 12 weeks to IMWI starts. That would have me in week 2 of OS this week.

Yes, that sounds good, though the Get Faster Plan (10wks, longer long bikes and runs + swimming) might be another option. That is, the GF plan is more ideal if you're mostly training outdoors, so you can see it as the outdoor version of the OS, if that makes sense. Good luck!
