Anyone know the type of gels they will have on course? I know Gatorade Endurance is the drink and in the past IM used Gu and Gu Roctane (including last year). This year looks like Clif bars and clif shots. Anyone have experience with Cliff gels and can recommend flavors with and without caffeine? Thanks.

Cliff gels are nice, but are thick, so it depends if you are more powergel's type which are really liquid IMO.

Last year I enjoyed the vanilla flavor

Thanks. I have used First Endurance products and UCan in the past but I wanted to give on the course nutrition a try

I love on course... but i cannot take those thick gels. I am more of a powergel person because it is easier to get down in the marathon.
