Mikes Ultra/IM Fall Attempt

So I'm trying something new this year. I'm going to do Pikes Peak Ultra (51miles Colo Springs July 30: 11k elevation change. All above 7k altitude) and then IMFlorida November. (Why: just because to see if I can train for both and pull both off) Just because I want to do both.
IMFlorida will be my 16th IM and 12th WTC (IM Legacy qualifier)
I've also done 4 Ultramarathons last 2 yrs (52m, 42m, and 2 50k unsupported)
My general plan: I will follow the 50miler plan that's in the wiki until the Ultra July 30th. With the addition of 3x1500m swims/week and 2 x 1:30 hr bikes with some tempo work/week in addition to the 5 runs/week.
Then rest for about a week or so.
Then jump into the IM FL plan mid August until IMFL> 3 swims/week and go to 4 bike/week ASAP in August but very light on run or just walk in August, Then run moderately in Sept/Oct but the priority would be the bike until IMFL and just do IMFL on run fitness left over from Ultra in July.
I know this isn't ideal but it's kinda a challenge, just cause "doing cool stuff with fitness".
Thoughts? (or adjustments you would make)

I think that's all fine. I believe I don't put IMFL people into the IM plan until about mid-August anyway so your August timeline make sense. Good luck!
