Convert run training zones to metric

Okay an Australian here using the metric system, the run pace on the zones is doing my head in

Is there a setting somewhere that allows me to set the run training zones to pace per km?

I keep looking at those numbers thinking I can't be THAT slow.

  • Please!!!!!! I've made the conversion because I can't talk to anyone here about pace unless it's metric.
  • Timely post - I am actually about to convert to miles myself as tired of re-calculating run zones on the plan. I also wonder if 26.2 miles is easier mentally than 42.2km - not that anything is easy in an IM run.
  • If I am curious what my km per hour are I use this site http://www.bane.info/ but to be honest Steve and I have been on the team for over 6 years and we have just reverted to paces in miles. Besides, I can always run a 8min mile but somehow a 5min km seems so hard. We also race predominately in the states, so racing in miles per hour just works. You know you have converted when you run a canadian race and there is 5km left in the race and you ask yourself how many miles is that.
