Nutrition as plan ramps up
Rich, wondering if you are the person I should be talking to about this? I would like to start to get my nutrition in place for what I should be eating as my training starts ramping up. I would like to drop about 10 to 15lbs so want to balance fueling my body enough to get my workouts in effectively but not too much to where I can't drop any weight. Any ideas?
