EN Tri-Top Exchange

I received the awesome EN Tri Top and man, this puppy is tight (I typically wear a medium, but ordered a large).  I need to exchange it for an XL. 

 I sent it back to Coach Rich a couple weeks ago with a pre-paid return envelope like he suggested but haven't seen it yet.  I am wondering if these are on back order again.  I am doing IMCDA and would like to show the team colors and at least get a few training sessions in with it.
