Todd Glass Updated Season Map

Rich, I am about to enter the last week of the 10 week get faster block.  I am still trying to line up a half IM to fill in the end of the blank space coming up before I start IMMOO training in earnest.  I figure next week i would load up the half plan but thought I should leave that up to you. I feel my running is in pretty good shape Vdot 55-56, swimming is coming along nicely with a T-pace around 1:27-8.  My bike seems to be my achilles heal.  I have been doing a great deal of my workouts on the trainer.  Anything over 2-2:15 is torture.  My FTP estimate on the trainer is right at 275-280.  The few times I went outside, I felt it was a little low.  Anyway, let me know what you think and as always I hope you are doing well.  Thanks - - TG

  • You'll start the IM plan on about June 20th, I believe. Would be great if you could do a HIM before that 6/20 date, in which case you'll just load up the HIM plan to end on the date of your race. If your race is after 6/20, I would still want you to load up the HIM plan to end your race, but on 6/20 you're going to transition over to the IM training plan.
