last RR for IMMT

Hi Coach Rich,

I need to be in Saskatchewan  Aug 6th weekend for a family reunion.  This is the weekend that I'm to do my last Race rehearsal for IMMT.  So... I will have to do my RR the weekend of July 30th.  My question is what should I do after the RR? redo weeks 17/18?  Although a extra week of taper does sounds nice :-)

    Redo week 17, as much as you're able, given the reunion that's likely on that weekend? Good luck!
