I've done this race every year since 2010 except the one year I did the Half. Do lots of climbing and follow the EN rules for "flattening the course" and you'll be fine... Great race!
Try the "Racing a Hilly Bike Course" podcast here. Not sure if that is IM specific or not but the theory still applies. You just want to ride as steady as possible. ie Don't hammer the uphills then coast on the downhills.
Yes. They changed up the course last year and I'm not sure which one they're doing this year but they were both hilly. And one of the longer hills is the last mile to make it extra fun.
