Hi Coach-

I was reviewing my season roadmap that you put together for me back in the Fall. The 2 "A" races I had on my calendar when you mapped me out is Patriotman 70.3 in June and IMMT in August. Aside from some possible "B" add-ins, my schedule is the same. I noticed that you have me going from NOS to Focus to Swim camp to GF and finally to FULL plan 4 weeks prior to Patriotman. In past years, you've had me doing some of the HALF plan leading up to a Spring 70.3.

Are you ok with this plan and will I have enough prep going into my 70.3? Do you recommend a RR for the 70.3? I'm currently in week 7 of GF.

    Let's do this:

    • This week load up the EN*Half plan to end on Patriotman
    • Then on 5/23 load up the EN*Full plan to end on 8/14.

    This has you doing a full 12wks of the IM plan before IMMT but does a better job or prepping you for the HIM. Up to you to do an RR for the HIM, if you feel you need to.
