New Minimalist Half Plans for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels are now available.
Now EN Members have access to over 60 training plans! The Minimalist plans will allow time-crunched athletes to focus on exactly the training that matters..and nothing else. We prioritize the weekdays for single or brick workouts, with your longer sessions on the weekend. Head over to the My Plan page here and click Move/Change Plan to load your copy of the "2016 EN*Half, Minimalist, 12 Weeks" that you want. Remember, you will still need to set the end date to match the dates of your Triathlon Season RoadMap™ from Coach Rich

Racing Update:
70.3 New Orleans this past weekend had a large number of DNF's due to high winds, which resulted in some people not starting the race and many people being pulled from the water. Four of our members bravely started and finished the race, and we are very proud of there efforts. They racked up 7,731 points in the Triclub competition and have some stories to tell about their adventures. Make sure you check out the Race Report Forum as their race reports should be rolling in soon.
