Hi coach. You wanted me to add another race between the half I just did and IM FL. Please update my workout plan. If I wanted to do a bike focus week this summer, when would be a good time to do it? Thanks Amy,7

    Hi Amy,

    Sorry but I don't understand your post. Sounds like you added a race to your calendar but didn't give me a date. Please submit this, and your entire schedule, to me here and I'll plan everything out for you. Thanks!
