My Short Course Season in between two 70.3
Coach,
I have completed my first 70.3 which was tough one, at the end of September I have schedule the second one Savageman, in the middle between these two 70.3s I have schedule three Sprints, one in June and two in July, I sent you the update race calendar and road map, if you consider appropriate I would like to stick with a short distance program until I start the prep for Savageman, kind of 6 hours per week program, what do you think ? I also feel my run it is not at the level I was expecting, I struggle keeping up speed.
