Run Pacing EP vs LRP
I'm a little confused with what the training plans are calling for. The zones I have listed do not include a LRP but an EP are they the same? Or is the LRP the EP+30sec? I think this is the pace for the first 6 miles of IM?

I checked the wiki entry on acronyms, and found NEITHER EP nor LRP, only "ELP - Easy Long Pace".
I've always treated the two as the same in my workouts. Most people find that, unless you've just biked 6 hours, it's kinda hard to go slower than the EP
They're the same.
