Swim course dimensions

Anybody know the actual length in meters of each section of the swim course? Just curious for mental prep. Thanks.

Mentally, think of the swim course in 3 parts: 1. Leaving North Shore Park, 2. Coming ALL THE WAY BACK to North Shore Park, 3. The Canal. Each is roughly the same distance. I emphasize #2 because there is an island and a cove that people mistake for the entrance to the canal. You literally are across the lake from North Shore Park when you enter the canal. I'll see if I can make my garmin file from last year public so that you can look at it.
