Leslie's Micro Thread
Hello,
I asked on the Macro Thread last week but I'm not sure if I did it correctly.
I am headed out of town to a conference in DC this week. I am supposed to be on Week 13 on the Intermediate 70.3 Ironman program. It is a bike heavy week and that is the one discipline I will not have alot of access too.
What should I adjust to do more running and swimming?
