Rock & Roll, here we go. 

Just dropped into a GF program for the next few months. Would love to hear from folks how things are going! Goals this week: 

SWIM: Get back in the water, even if it kills me. 

BIKE: Rest from a solid weekend at BRC

RUN: Per Coach P, I'm divorcing the run plan and sticking to durability until my hip/hammie is back to 100%.

  • Im only in week two of the GF plan but I like it. Lots of hard efforts. Im 5 weeks post IMTexas so this is definitely waking my body up.
  • @Emily Brinkley great meeting you last week! Great goals! I'll be in here grinding it out with you. Currently in week 3, but I like to be in contact as much as possible with the team! Strong ride this morning for me. 2x20' at 282 FTP which resulted in .97 and 1.01 efforts. Recovered from Mt Mitchell!!
