Rock & Roll, here we go.
Just dropped into a GF program for the next few months. Would love to hear from folks how things are going! Goals this week:
SWIM: Get back in the water, even if it kills me.
BIKE: Rest from a solid weekend at BRC
RUN: Per Coach P, I'm divorcing the run plan and sticking to durability until my hip/hammie is back to 100%.
