Hello world!
So, I was registered for IMTX to have taken 5/14/16. I recently came down with a nasty flu, lost a significant amount of fitness, and determined my with my doctor that it would be not be wise for me to compete. Plus, I want to race, not just finish - even though "just finishing" is no small task. I purchased the insurance plan and submitted it for the refund. Then IMTX allowed the transfer yesterday. I quickly withdrew the refund and put in for a transfer to IM Louisville.
It is 23.5 weeks away. I have not had the advantage of OS Training as outlined here, but have a decent base since building up for IMTX. With the setback my question is if 23.5 weeks is enough time to take advantage of the EN*Full IM Training Plan even though I did not do the OS training plan. I am willing to give the next 23.5 weeks everything I have to make for a successful race in October.
My run is not great so I would like to emphasis run durabilitystrength. I don't want to just survive the run.
Thanks!

Hey Rob,
Yep, you have plenty of time to prepare for IMLou. Please submit your season to me (to go Training / Season in the navigation above) and I'll plan it out for your. Good luck!
Unless I messed something up, I have had that submitted for a couple days now. In the tsr it indicates "waiting for coach."
I did a couple edits while navigating the IMTX deal so it's possible I screwed something up.
Thanks.
Hey Rob,
I did this for you this past weekend I believe so I think we're square. Good luck!
