TSR adjustment
Hi Coach,
My current TSR has the date for Victoria 70.3 incorrect - the race is on Sunday June 12, which corresponds to the end of week 14 in the EN IM full plan you have me doing. Is this how you would recommend I play this out:
Week 13 (RR1/camp weekend)
Week 14 Victoria 70.3
Week 15 Modified per the self coach section (long run Sunday)
Week 16 Back to written plan
Or should I leave the camp weekend in week 15, as the plan is written (so the 112 mile RR1 is the weekend after 70.3)? The only problem with that plan is I will be working that weekend, which predicts less able to get all work in.
