I'm racing Victoria also. This will be my second 70.3 after Lake Stevens last year, and it's a B race for me before IM Canada.
The new bike course looks hilly (2500-2800 foot gain), but not quite as bad as Lake Stevens was. The hills are back-loaded in the last third of the course -- good practice for IMC! Here's a review of the new course: http://yearofalison.blogspot.com/20...ourse.html
The run course looks really nice, on a flat path around the lake. The new swim, not so much (murkier part of the lake than the area used in past years). But there is ample parking near transition now and logistics should be easy.
Brenda, I updated my TSR to add Victoria a couple of weeks ago. Maybe it hasn't updated in the system yet.
