Hi All,
I did an IM training camp with our local tri-team in CdA this weekend. We rode the bike course and one loop of the run course. Great fun! I'm really looking forward to the 70.3 in June!
This will be my second HIM distance race (my first was last fall) so my goals are modest. I did 6:30 last fall. I should be able to bet my run time by 20 minutes but my bike may be the same or even a bit slower. There is a lot more climbing in CdA and the potential for winds. This weekend there was a 30 mph wind out of the NE. The return trip on the bike was pretty slow!
