Red Bull at Aid Stations
Just looked at the newly-posted Muncie 70.3 Athlete Guide. Two notable differences at the aid stations:
1) Clif Shot and Clif Bloks replace GU and Roctane gels2) Red Bull has been added to the bike and run aid stations
Red Bull??? Has anyone trained or raced with that stuff?

Very smart to look ahead and note what nutrition options will be available on your race course.
Definitely don't make the race course your first time to try something new. Give yourself 2 or 3 training runs using race course nutrition to help you decide how your gut is going to react and if you need to employ an alternative nutrition strategy of your own.
