Switching to IM training
Hey coach, I am getting ready for my race this coming weekend and will be switching to the "Full IM" training to finish on July 17. My question is how do I do the Thursday run? I see two to three different runs on there and they say "Splits" on them. Could you explain? Thanks.

For '16 we have scheduled "split long runs" in the IM plans. Patrick recently wrote a wiki article to explain. Good luck!
