contacting RnP

Hi helpful ones. I am trying to understand the methods which we can touch-base with RnP. I posted the following some time ago using the macro-planning link, and have not received a resp. Comments? Yes, I am not too savy with chat rooms, forums, etc.

"Coaches, I trust you can sort out my confusion. In April I bought 12 week Intermediate IM plan. Got all the stuff, have been working from the PDF training plan. In May I bought into membership. A 20week plan was loaded for me. I have tried to match up week 1-2-3 of the 12 week plan with the week 8-9 etc on the plan loaded. They do not sync up. So, I am not sure what I should be following as I can only see weeks 8-9 of the 20week. Is the 12 week plan simply put the last 12 weeks of the 20 week plan?"

  • You did post to the correct forum. Btween the tour of california and P's accident it may have been missed. Just guessing there!

You can also try emailing them at admin@endurancenation.us.

You could also post again in the same forum so it appears at the top of the thread again.

    Hope this helps.

  • Tim, I'm pretty sure the 12 week plan is just the last 12 weeks of the 20 week plan. But just repost your Q in the Macro Planning thread to give it a little "bump". It probably just got missed. Matt's right, the TOC and Coach P's accident really sucked up a lot of the Coaches time last week and made keeping up with the forum challenging. Having just come back from the TOC myself I don't know how Coach Rich got any sleep that week!!!
  • Tim -

We are here and will hit your Q. Sorry, still mastering my online-fu these days! In general, the TEAM plans are NEWER than the PDF ones; so follow what's online as opposed to the PDF one.

ps If you want, you could set the 20 week date to be this weekend, so you could see the full plan (shhhhhh, top secret!)
  • Tim - welcome to the team,

To answer to your question, the 12 week plan IS the last 12 weeks of the 20 week plan. That is why you are seeing week 9 etc.

    A 20 week plan = 4 weeks General prep 1 + 4 weeks General prep 2 + 12 weeks of race prep.
  • Thanks for the insight, to clarify, my week1 is week 8 of the 20 week plan. Makes sense, just that week1 of the 2 programs did not align. Thanks again.
