Modification for 70.3 race

Next week, I'll be in week 11 of the Intermediate Full plan. (It includes the Big Day on sat: "* Swim 1 hour * Bike 4 hours * Run 1 hour "). However, I have a 70.3 race that weekend I would like to do well in. I assume I take Sat off and the race becomes my big day, but how should I adjust the week leading up to it?

Could not find 70.3 race modification I'd seen in the past. Also, FYI that searching within a forum always gives a 500 server error. Been that way for quite awhile.

  • @Greg, yes you'll want to use the search box at the tippy top of the website, not the forums. That top search area covers everything.
