Dawn Cass Macro - checking in

Hello Rich, hope you are well.

Just wanted to check in regarding my season.  I have Maryland 70.3 on June 12th.  I have been on the get faster plan until this week and tomorrow onto the IM Intermediate plan.  I haven't seen any race rehearsals for the 70.3....just wanted to check in and make sure I should follow the above plans as they are in prep for the race.  It's B race. I have actually been traveling a lot for work recently so using Maryland more for fun than anything else.

Secondly and probably more important.  IMMT is A race on the 21st.  I will load the IM Intermediate plan tomorrow however wanted to check with you regarding a few things.  Performance wise...really trying to step things up this year....while keeping healthy/uninjured.  Is there anything else you would recommend if I want to add more volume (big bike weeks...big tri weeks....any other tweaks to current IM plan?)  Secondly, I have 2 weeks off July 24th and July 31st weeks.  One of which I am planning on being in Tremblant for training on the course.  Is there something you would add to those weeks to bump up the fitness above and beyond the normal plan considering I don't have "real life" work commitments?

    Race rehearsals are scheduled in the HIM plan in wks 15 and 18, but if I have you loading the IM plan now you likely don't have an HIM RR scheduled before the race. Since the half is a B-race you like don't need one, but if you feel you do need a formal HIM RR, go ahead and pick any weekend before the half to get that done.

We've made weeks 14-18 of the EN*Full plan pretty beefy in this year's rewrite. Please take a look at those and let me know your thoughts.
