Moose IM Training Plan

I have 23 weeks before IM Florida.  I travel quite a bit (50% of the time).  I have 7 weeks of international travel where I will not have ready access to pools or bikes.  So 1/3 of my program I will not be able to swim or bike... week 2,3,5,6,9,20,21  How should I adjust my program?  Keep in mind I will run myself to death (Knees, Stress fractures, etc).  I will over train on running like a nut job.  Thanks.

    We generally recommend you go "bike and swim heavy" before weeks like this and then go "run" heavy during the trip. More information here and if you need help with specific training weeks, please coordinate that with Patrick in the Micro Forum here.
