testing done today: question

What does this mean?

We calculate zones using the 20-minute number; the 5-minute number is a reference point -- we look at the delta between these numbers to see where your fitness is at. If the gap is greater than 1.22 -- we know your threshold needs work; less that 1.2 and your VO2 needs boosting. 



1.22 is the gap between what?  if we do the 5minute ride at 120% of our FTP the difference between the VO2 and FTP will be much greater than 1.2...
