Heading to LP to train this weekend - question for you?

Great to meet you and Mariah at Quassy!!! Just wondering now that Quassy is over how I should get back into my training for IMLP. I took Monday off (very sore hamstrings and glutes) and then swam and did slow 35 min run Tuesday. For rest of week I plan on getting back on plan.  Does that sound right? Also going to be in LP this weekend training and was hoping on doing a double loop on Saturday and a run on Sunday. Should I try to ride at all on Sunday or just focus on maybe a swim and a run?

    I recommend you do the full bike course on Saturday if that works for you, then do a swim/run on Sunday. No need to ride on Sunday, considering that you likely have a long drive home? If you did want to ride, maybe do the ride out of town and the descent to Keene, then flip it and climb back. Always good to know the rollers out of town and to become more familiar with the descent.
