Compactable rain poncho/cape

I'm looking for one of those super compactable somewhat-clear colored long-sleeved rain jackets/ponchos, the ones that wad up super small and can be stowed under the saddle rails. I've looked at multiple shops around here, but the "winter wear" seems to be lacking in the north Texas area this time of year.

What brands and/or online shops would you suggest for this?

Scott - I have the Endura FS-260 Pro Adrenaline Race Cape. Comes in 3 colors - mine is clear so if worn in a race the race number is visible per ITU rules. It rolls up into a little (separate) clear bag which I can stuff into the back middle pocket of a cycling jersey. FS-260 refers to a line of the pro performance gear. Endura is a British company but there is a local rep in Tampa so I bought it at a LBS but you can see it online at endurasport.com.

I have a clear, very light and thin rain jacket (poncho-like material) by LG. It's long sleeve with mesh vents on the sides and under the arms. I got it from Performance Bicycle for ~$25. Hope this helps.
