Hi Team, are you ready to give your teammates some serious mojo for this coming weekend? This thread is to be used on race day to comment on race conditions, observations on how our team are doing during there races, or just to provide some mojo on race day.  Listed below are the members that are racing and a link to the IM Tracker .     Raise the Bar - (RTB) Kent/Seattle TRI team - has an association with EN- has the following get togethers if anyone is interested in meeting up.
    Saturday 9 AM Open Water Swim
    Meet at the grass area by the concrete stairs

    Saturday 10 AM Ride
    Meet at Northwest Blvd and Mullan Road (bike exit)

    i will not be racing this year
    with the wife in and out of hospital ,my back injury(which is under control now ...my training has been on the back burner for a while....am working on body composition and some running durability an willl probably start the bike and swim next week gradually as i am racing louiville on the 9th of oct..Good luck to the team..ill be rooting for you
