So good to talk on the phone the other day. I know you are off to the Veterans Games in SLC next week, so this is a good time to outline some baseline for your training.
As a reminder, your Triathlon Season RoadMap™ is here (the plan for the year).
Right now we have you in the Short Course Training plan (you have to find and load it on the Plan page). As you will see next to each week of your plan there are icons that denote workout importance.
As you'll be integrating these sessions into your standing week (with your strengh training commitments, etc), I suggest you start by picking the RED / Important sessions first. We can then work from there to make sure (using Strava?) to see how the basic week plays out...and then we can make more adjustments.
