	Your TeamEN Update!      Southeast Race Execution Camp - Coach Rich will lead our Southeast Race Execution Camp on the Ironman Chattanooga course August 4-7. During the camp, Coach Rich will deliver 5-6hrs of instruction teaching you in detail all of our Endurance Nation race execution processes. You'll then have an opportunity to practice these skills on the Ironman Chattanooga course, performing two 100-112/4-6 mile race rehearsals and a Sunday long run. Finally, Rich will lead discussions on how to apply these techniques to nearly every US Ironman, based on his knowledge of the courses. So, regardless of what race you're actually doing, please considering joining us for the camp so you can get a crash course on applying our proven race execution methods!
