Currently in week 10 of IM training for IMWI on 9/11...My B Race, HIM Muncie, is a week from this Sat on 7/9...should I / can I modify my IM Training Plan for week 11 (the week leading up to HIM Muncie) and/or week 12 (the week after HIM)?

Depending on how you feel, you can get back out there on Sunday for an easy ride up to 3 hours, but it all depends on how hard you race!!
Don't worry about setting a PB here..we are looking for good pacing and smart nutrition. Things that we can carry forward into your Ironman....good luck and have fun out there!
