Hi coach

 

I was lucky enough to receive the roll down slot at IM CDA 70.3 last week.  I took 2nd 6:00:38.  So I am going to see Australia.  I will need training plan for 70.3 extending into that time frame.  4 September.2016.   Not certain now if I will race Black Diamond later in September.
