IMLP Lodging SNAFU, help please

There is a long back story here, but I'm in the middle of a very frustrating situation where my accommodations for IMLP may be falling through. I have a few desperate requests out, but so far I have no guaranteed accommodation options... yes, this year I may be THAT GUY If anyone knows of a room available in a house or any other options that may be able to accommodate my wife and I, I would appreciate any leads.  Thank you in advance for any help!.

    Hi Dan - I have a room at the Crown Plaza and will not be attending the race. It's non-refundable and already paid - so it should be available and I would be happy to offset part of the expenditure. My booking details are:

    Check-In Date: Wed Jul-20-2016 Check-Out Date: Tue Jul-26-2016
    Room Type: 2 QUEEN BEDS LAKE VIEW NONSMOKING
    Number of Rooms: 1
    Number of Persons: 2 Adults 0 Children

    If I can solve my problem and also help out a fellow teammate, all the better!  I was only planning to be there Thursday-Monday, but I'm sure we can work something out. Can you please PM me the relevant details, in particular the cost?
