So looking at my next 12 weeks I have a couple questions I would like to address.I'm doing the advanced IM plan for IMCHOO.

1) I would like to switch week 12 and 13 or.....

move week 12 to week 14, Week 14 to 13 and week 13 to 12. 

Basically I need to do the bike focus on week 12 as I will be in a great location for this that weekend.

2) Switch week 18 with week 17? Not even sure I can get that in as baby number 3 is due to arrive on 9/12 and typically my wife goes early. But if I can get that last big weekend in its going to be 9/3 if at all. After that weekend its going to be probably only trainer rides.

3) On week 18 and 19 like I said above my workouts will be minimized as soon as baby is on board. I know in the house we don't like a 3 week taper but it looks like that is all I'll have the chance to do. Assuming that I do the last Big week on week 17 (3 112 rides), how should I schedule the next 3 weeks? I could probably get away with a really big run week on week 18 if that will help me maintain my fitness. I don't think I"ll have a problem hitting my week 19 and 20 as they are written now no matter what, so I guess my main issue is what to do with week 18.

    Yep, this is all good.

    Yep, sounds good.

Considering everything you'll have going on in your life (!!) I would just do the best you can. Priority would be to get in at least ONE quality race rehearsal as close to the race as possible. Bonus if you can do any of the other volume scheduled around the RRs. With regards to the run, stick to the run taper as it is written, which technically begins about 2.5-3wks out from the race. Bonus if you can keep the bike volume rolling until closer to the race but no worries if you can't.
