Team LP,

Really looking forward to getting back to the east coast next and seeing everyone! Please go here to read my latest training update. 

Note that I'll be aquabiking at LP and trying to put up the fastest M45-49 AG bike split, with the secondary goal of having an Ubu Ale at the brewery no later than 1:30p on Sunday . After that I'll be on the course to cheer everyone on and then behind the finishline to shake your hand when you finish
