Urgent question on adjusting this week's camp weekend
Hello, looking for some advise on this coming weekend. I am in week 15 of IM training and camp weekend starts on Friday. Due to work commitments I will not be able to do a "monster" day of training on Friday as the plan suggests (90 min swim, 112 mi bike, 1 hour run.)
What I am supposed to do is:
Friday - 90 min swim, 112 mi bike, 1 hour run. Saturday - 3.5 hour bike, 30 minute run; Sunday 2 hour run
I have 2 options:
1) Split up camp - Thursday (tomorrow!) I could do 3.5 hour bike and 30 minute run; Saturday - Long day above; Sunday 2 hour run
2) Mix up 3 days - Friday 2 hour run; Saturday - Long day above; Sunday 3.5 hour ride and 30 minute run
Which is more beneficial?
