first time using powertap and software: questions
so yesterday was my first ride with my powertap and I did a FTP test. I was able to get the intervals right and downloaded the info to WKO but I can't seem to figure out how to take the 2 20 minute intervals with the 2 minute rest into one range to analyze. My normalized power for both 20' was 179 and avg 164. If I can't figure out how to make that range can I just use one of these numbers??? Which one would be my FTP??

You can Create a Range on the Graph tab in WKO that will include all 42 minutes of your FTT. Once you've created the range, that NP is your FTP. THere are instructions for creating a range on the WKO support website here:
