Not getting updates

I have sent in multiple requests to change plans. I have emailed and I have posted and after over 2 weeks my plan has still not been changed. This is pretty frustrating. I am no longer doing IMWI but changed to IMFL. When can I expect this to be fixed?

    I did this for you on about July 6th, please go here to see your updated TSR and follow the instructions on that page to load up your plan.
