Hi coaches.  As a follow-up to my call with coach P, I am out of the country July 30-Aug 7.  We discussed what to do while I was traveling.  My question is what should I do next week (Start 7/25)?  I am around Mon-Fri, and could do a long workout on Thursday.  Friday, I was going to swim.  I am doing the 12 week Beginner minimalist and I am in week 3 for next week.  Training for IMMD.

  • John, if possible I would go like this:

    Mon - As planned
    Tue - Do bike/run from Wed here.
    Wed - Do Tues Run / Swim here.
    Thu - Do the longest bike you can here...
    Fri - Swim only
    Sat Onwards - Hit the road, Jack!!! image
