IM a Week 14 Intermediate Plan

Coach Patrick,
I am heading to Madison, Wisconsin on Friday for an organized training weekend. The weekend calls for a 45 minute swim on Friday night, a 1.2 mile swim and up to a 112 mile bike on Saturday, followed by a 13 mile run on Sunday. Are there any adjustments I should make during the week? Should I modify the 2-hour run that is scheduled for Thursday? Thanks!!

  • Kevin, yes! I was just telling this to someone somewhere else (EN in the haus!):

    Tuesday = Wednesday ride / run.
    Wed = Tuesday Run / Swim.
    Thu = ABP ride up to 90' if you can.
    Fri = Swim.
    Sat & Sunday are camp times, just extend the Sunday run to 2 hours!
    Monday = OFF or swim only easy!
