Hi again coach!  So, my training is going very well and I had a couple of quick questions.  First, I did a huge training weekend (kids were with grandpa) and it went very well.  I went ahead and did the FTP bike test per my IM week 12 plan today (I had not tested in a couple of months) and got the same FTP as last time (which I expected given my training and fatigue).  This is ok right? 

 

 

Anyway, there is a half marathon fairly close to home with a hilly run (which I can't get around here) this coming Sunday.  I was going to swap my sunday bike and Thursday long run to accommodate this.  My Thursday run is a 75min/60min split run but a half marathon will take me about 1:55 if I run it conservatively.  So a) should I add on another 20 minutes or so of running to the end? and b) should I employ some sort of pacing strategy like most of the run at TRP then finish with 20 min at zn 2?
