    In England, post-operative patients used to be given Guinness, as were blood donors, based on the belief that it was high in iron.

    Scott, remember that Youngs Double Chocolate Stout/Lambic thing that Joanne had at the Yardhouse? She's addicted to it now, has had one every night (I've helped) and asked Massey where she could pick up more Youngs...

  • @Scott...thanks for the find. I'm guessing having one for breakfast isn't justified yet by this research? I'm just thinking that primally...we would want our carbs earlier in the day especially if not framed around our workouts....
