Dan Molina needs guidance post IMLP

Coach Rich,

I've finished up IMLP and have an 8 week turnaround time to ITU World Long Course Championships.  Exhibiting further poor scheduling form I have Austin 70.3 12 weeks out and IMAZ 16 weeks out.  The IMAZ kicker is the only addition from my original triathlon season plan submitted at the start of the year.  We said we'd touch base after IMLP and figure things out, so let's do this.  I submitted a new TSP that includes these three races.  IMAZ is the only true A race of the bunch, the others are B-, C range.  

I've done the Week 1 of IM Full transition and currently have that loaded up on my training plan.  Look forward to hearing from you.
